Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets (boneless and skinless)
2 tablespoons olive oil (or any cooking oil)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano (or your preferred herbs)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the chicken, If the fillets are thick, slice them horizontally to make them thinner, or use a meat mallet to pound them evenly. This ensures quick and uniform cooking.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture onto both sides of the chicken fillets. Add lemon juice if desired for extra flavor.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Place the chicken fillets in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked
Step 5: Remove the fillets from the pan and let them rest for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sides, like rice, vegetables, or salad.
