Hotdog and Meatballs is a simple and comforting dish loved by kids and adults alike. It combines juicy hotdog slices and tender meatballs in a rich, sweet-savory sauce. This versatile dish can be served as a snack, party appetizer, or a main dish with rice.
Ingredients:
250g ground pork or beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Hotdogs (Round)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 2: Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Step 3: Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, add the hotdogs and fry until lightly browned. Remove and set aside. Step 5: Serve.
